​​L.E.C.P.’s vision is to provide support to the entire family unit.  To ensure the success of the Learners’, the families are provided with Education Case Managers who are trained to assess and assist with providing resources to the L.E.C.P. households.  When the family is successful the Learner is successful.  This is a part of the L.E.C.P.’s mission.
